Matt is extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the process from start to finish. Matt has great communication skills and made a very complex transaction understandable and smooth. When unforeseen items arose he was on it and kept us on track. We shopped several reverse mortgage companies and Matt's company had the best terms. We're grateful to have found him!

Condominium unit owners wanting a federally-insured reverse mortgage (HECM) need to jump through an additional hoop before they start dealing with getting the loan - they need to get HUD/FHA approval for the entire condo project comprising their unit. Outstanding! I actually chose Matt, because he didn't hound me for my business like other mortgage companies did. To me that was an indication that he was confident that he could do a great job for me, and as it turned out, he actually was the best choice. I didn't have to worry about any unnecessary "just to suck up" contact from him, which I loved! Easy all the way around. Out of 1-10, he gets a 12!

We decided to look for a refi for our reverse mortgage. We got a flyer in the mail (I never follow up with these), my husband called and reached Matt ********. Matt was respectful and full of great information. We moved forward and found the process to be easy and well explained. We were able to lock in a lower fixed rate than we were currently paying. Overall the process was simple, straightforward and beneficial to us. Thanks Matt for your great help!

The whole process was straightforward and timely with Matt handling our loan. He even got us a better rate than we first expected. Prior to working with him we had bad experiences trying to work with two other firms. The first firm's agent was bullying and treated my wife as clueless. She was a real estate broker before retiring and far more experienced than him. We ended up having to ghost him as he wouldn't quit hassling us after we fired him. Their are many choices of reverse mortgage companies. I called several and choose Premier. Representation, experience, knowledge, and caring make Premier the best choice. People make the difference and thanks to President Matt ******** CSA I made the right choice and recommend everyone to do the same.
