Our recent HECM loan through Premier Reverse Mortgage (PRM) went off so smoothly I couldn't believe it. I am very satisfied with their service and happy to provide this review! Failed to obtain objective after four months. Although licensed in *****, apparently not familiar with laws and procedures regarding reverse mortgages. Company is excessively slow in processing and does not respond to questions and emails promptly.

We are sorry you feel that way, as we put everything we had into your loan, and you wouldn't allow us to see it through at the end due to a mortgagee clause change on your homeowner's insurance. You came to our company with multiple parcels and without a survey, which is required in TX, and we even helped pay for it. This business offered a mortgage review and presented a proposal based on our current reverse mortgage that turned out to be prompt and accurate. The entire process was accomplished through the internet with emails and scanned documents, We never had to leave our home, which was a great convenience considering the current pandemic. It was a much easier process than we had ever imagined.
