I know my home is in excellent hands with this company. Communication is 10/10! A weekly visit is followed up with an extensive checklist including photos of the house and grounds. Extra services are also provided such as letting in service people, supervising repairs, picking up packages etc. Vehicles are checked during the weekly visit and any issues are promptly addressed. Very pleased with this service!
We have been with Premier Residential Services for almost 20 years! They have been proactive in reaching out to us regarding our property since we are not in the desert full time. They are always courteous and professional and will go the extra mile!
