Very disappointed with this so called "Christian" based company. Brian Parsons gave me a small bible and told me he is a pastor. Then he also said they are waiting on a lady to die (not pass away) his words were , waiting on the lady next door to die so Mr Charles P Wilson can profit off of tearing down her home and this one and make it commercial. Unbelievable and I am so shocked at the level of lying that has gone on with this company. There own maintenance man backs us up on the less than professional level of treatment. ... read more

I would not rent from this company. Repairs will not be made. The homes we looked at were not to code like windows caulked shut, roof rotting, fridges plugged in with extension cords and lets not forget they lie to your fac . Proceed with caution.

We rented from them for two years then moved due to their horrible service. The landlord we rented with ended up selling his property to them and so we've been trapped again. All together we've rented from this company for more than five years. They are horrible at repairing anything which is why most people rent. We still have outstanding work orders put in that were placed over a year ago and still have not been repaired. In addition to not up keeping their property, they increased the rent.
