First of all, Linda Downs is a GREAT Physical Therapist. She has helped me bounce back from several surgeries now. She has helped my wife with her surgeries as well. Linda is the only reason I have gone to Premier. After saying that, I am now having second thoughts on returning to Premier, simply because of their video check-in procedure. Their video check-in procedure is absolutely horrible. It doesn't even work half of the time. I would recommend Premier Rehab in North Richland Hills to anyone who needs quality physical therapy. My first and only major surgery was a reverse left shoulder replacement. Doctors and friends said that the recovery would be painful but necessary. I had this surgery Nov. 21, 2024. I began rehab at Premier Rehab in North Richland Hills a few weeks later. Definitely Recommend! I've come here for All my therapy during the last few years. I totally recommend Dr Elli Wilson! She listens, is very knowledgeable and easy to work with when life happens and scheduling is challenging. I've had great results under her therapy. I gave it 4 stars because the 'Shuttle' - one of the leg press machines has been needing maintenance since last year and apparently something has happened to the ice machine. Dr. Ellen Murry was my primary therapist and in her absence I was cared for by Dr. Kelley Baugh. I can't say enough wonderful things about these two. I knew I was in great hands but this was confirmed when I went to my first post-op meeting and my surgeon saw that Ellen was my PT, she said that I could not have a better person than Ellen working with me. I totally agree. Thank you Ellen and Kelley for all your help Love you guys
