My grandfather was sent here for therapy and 12 hours later I get a call saying he passed away.. These nurses are extremely unprofessional I don't recommend anyones loved ones going here. They are very rude and have no answers to any questions you asked they go in circles to find out information.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
EXTREMELY short staffed on weekends. Food trays sit in the hallways for over an hour before being passed out. One MA per floor is ridiculous and extremely unsafe.
