I had a great experience with L&M Realty Group. I had a horrible experience trying to buy a house in a very tough market. Without L&M, we would not have the house we were finally able to buy. Thy fought hard for us as a buyer, even with a contingency we were still able to get the house we wanted. I don’t know how they did it.
Daniel and the L&M team were awesome to work with! They went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns we had and negotiated a reasonable price for us on our new home. Daniel was responsive and worked around our schedules to go view homes that we were interested in. WOW !! What a great experience! Elias Medina took his time and made sure to find us the perfect home .We never felt pressured in any way to purchase just any home . He patiently showed us plenty of houses and was able to get us an excellent deal on ours. We are very happy that we got the opportunity to work with him and Shantelle in our new purchase. Amber Ortega was everything we could hope for as a realtor. My husband and I were first time home buyers with a short deadline of about a month to find a house.
