SCAM! BE AWARE! I've worked with Kris Anderson a very unprofessional agent who showed us a property. We asked to lease the house and gave him $600 deposit that they said will go toward the deposit of the house if we are approved and if not approved ww'll get the money back. They have dragged the process for 4 days and sent us a lease on Friday few minutes before the office closed and we were supposed to move on the following Monday.
