Apartments are very nice. Management (Deb) is not always on top of things.
Very fast and reliable throughout the leasing process.
They will nickle and dime you for a sub par apartment
We would like to give our comments with our experience with Premier. Lori has been nothing but professional towards us as renters. We moved from NM in April and she went out of her way to get us a place to live where no one else would help us because we were not local. We had a couple small issues and she has taken care of our problems as soon as possible. Thank you for a wonderful place to live.
Poor management. More concern for personal gain then residents concern of property care.
