I too have my own documentation. They took over half of my security deposit and our house was spotless when we moved out. I highly caution any potential renter utilizing this company for your real estate needs. They are a truly unethical company with an ineffective, obtuse property manager handling transactions. During the lease signing he advised the house was move in ready and clean. He did not accompany us for a walk through. The property manager was purposefully deceptive about the condition of the home and surrounding area. Do not rent from this company if you are looking for a company that has any ethical, professional obligation at all. There has been a pile of garbage on the side of my house that has been there since i moved in almost a year ago. The house was disgusting when we moved in, as if nobody cleaned from the last tenants. Drawers had old belongings in them, hair care items with hair in them still in the bathrooms. The dishwasher was unusable since i've moved in. Please search elsewhere, this company is ridiculous.
Awful Customer Service – Non responsive, won't respond to fix ANYTHING - but lies and says "there's a work order". Unethical - didn't disclose things about the house we rented. I tried to complain to the owner, Dave, but he's a coward and refused to come to the telephone. BEWARE of this company - DO NOT RENT from them -
Un-ethical Company, especially Lance! – Lance doesn't fix anything, doesn't return phone calls and WILL steal your security deposit. He is a cowardly man and a slumlord!
Decent service But dont expect to get your deposit back. – This companys customer service is pretty good and they take care of reported problems rather fast, But if you rent form them dont bother cleaning when you move out. DONT RENT FROM THEM!!! – This company is the bottom of the barrel for service. I know they are working for the owners, but they treat renters like sub-par humans, even when you are paying a substantial rent amount on time each month! They will inflate bogus charges to keep your deposit. Just prepare to lose money, wait around a lot for responses and elevated stress levels if you do business with them
Unetical actions – This company is unethical and will use your deposit even if you have a cleaning crew come in they will still charge for cleaning and keep at least half your deposit. They will charge you for landscaping even though it was not done for you. They will charge for nail removal from walls even if you have done this and repaired the walls. Worry-free management – This company is fabulous. Lance has any and all issues handled without me; there's just a detailed explaination with the monthly statement. If you're used to babysitting your management company, as I was with ReMax, this minimalist style takes some getting used to. It's made being a long-distance landlord a breeze. Thanks guys!
