Not the friendliest nurses taking X-rays and also was told that my 2 year old son had no fractures or breaks in his leg. A week and half later he was still not walking on his leg. Took him to another place and the doctor read the same X-ray as premier and saw a hairline fracture in his tibia bone!
God forbid you require an additional form to complete a claim on your accident policy. The local office cannot help you and sends you to a 3rd party biller. This biller will not send you the document requested but sends it to the freaking hospital, which in turn disposes of it. The worst patient service and complete morons working in claims.
