I had a great apartment showing with Dan — he’s such a nice and professional person. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole process very comfortable. The building and amenities at The Point on Pembina are really nice, and Dan made the visit feel welcoming and stress-free. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you’re looking for a place here!
Since Premier Property Solutions has become my landlord they have very quickly dealt with the numerous repairs my place needs. The company they hired to do the plumbing was extremely friendly and very quick to assess and fix the problem.
