This was a terrible rental experience at The Ted on St. Anne's Road. I lived in a unit alone for one year, kept it in excellent condition, and it looked brand new when I moved out. Premier Property Solutions were my property management company for about 2 years at my old place. They provided great service. Anytime I needed something fixed they were fast to reply and get someone out to take care of the problem. I love that they provide a family friendly environment for their rentals and stay on top of maintenance. I would rent from them again.
Avoid this company if you want reliable property management. Premiere Property Solutions manages our 5-plex property, and our experience has been overwhelmingly negative. They consistently ignore emails and service requests. Communication is poor to nonexistent, and they rarely follow through on anything. Maintenance issues are left unresolved, and the property has been noticeably neglected under their management.
