I've been with Premier Property Solutions for years, and I've never had any issues. They are easy to reach out to, and they are quick to respond. If there is a maintenance issue, you put in a request, and the issue is taken care of quickly. Any employee or vendor I've dealt with, has been polite and professional.
I dont want to give even one star to them . We are living here from last three years and whenever there is raining or snow melting . The water came from outside and flooded the whole apartment. We have a baby but nobody cares . They are not doing anything . We have put so many maintenance requests but who cares . I called to the receptionsist , she always transfer my call or put me on hold and nobody ever showed up. Please dont ever rent this place . We are tired of it now.
