I live at this complex for 4 years. No one is ever in the office to speak with about an emergency. Maintenance is very unprofessional and doesn't fix repairs properly, he's very great at patchwork. My lease is not being renewed for reasons I don't know. But I don't care because I live in situations have not been great. Only thing Worth paying for is the school district. No longer a tenant** the unit I stayed at was really beautiful and for a great price but the employees never respond. I usually had to submit a repair request form through rtb to get things done, and if I didn’t I’d have to wait several weeks before I got a response. Got several parking tickets because they couldn’t shovel snow from the one parking spots I had. Had to move out because the amount of stress I was dealing with wasn’t worth it. Do not rent from this place. I placed a maintenance report in Sept 2022. Still waiting. It's posted directly to my account that they see everyday. The property manager is completely unprofessional, disrespectful and judgemental. I posted pictures of black mold. No kitchen floor tiles. Dirty heating ducts. Cracks in my floors that you can see daylight from. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
On Saturday I went to Pine Point Apartments starting my search for when I sell my home. I was very pleased with the gentlemen who showed me the unit and how he was able to answer all my questions. I believe his name was Lou. When I first made the appointment I was excited because it has an attached garage just like my current home and I would love that privacy. This company has come a long way since my first review. All of the issues that i saw in my review and had complaints about have been appropriately addressed. The rent increase was a misunderstanding on my part. The management now is taking the time to look at and read all their reviews and followup with the people who wrote them to ensure that their concerns are being addressed. Great improvement over the 2 years thank you.
