Do not use this company. He locked me into a property management contract, threatened to sue me if I attempted to fire him after obvious misappropriation of funds. After contract was up and we fired him he broke all contact with our tenant and I and will not return my tenants $2,000 security deposit. What a joke. Also, come to find out he has two judgments against him!
