After renting under Premier Property Management for over 13 years, I highly recommend them. The online portal is very helpful and being able to pay rent online is great. It is very helpful to be able to put in a work order online. I feel the team is very responsive. Overall I was happy with the communication and clarity of expectations.

Bob and his team truly have been a breath of fresh air when it comes to managing my rental. He's proactive in his communications and not afraid to pick up the phone and call.
BEWARE! Do not use this company as your property manager! They will charge you big $$$ for things that are not needed and/or make up expenses. Do NOT rent from this company you will NEVER see your deposit and will send you a bill for miscellaneous crap charging thousands of dollars extra no matter how long you lived in the rental! They are a shady company.
