DO NOT RENT 2459 MARLENE COURT, HENDERSON, NV 89014!!!! This house is falling apart! In the summer your water and electric alone will be 1000.00 or more. My water bill averaged anywhere from 200 to 300 a month for just water! The house is old there is no insulation. You can feel the heat or cool air coming through the windows. I rented a home from Premier for 5 years it was an older home and every time I had a maintenance issue the office staff was on it immediately. When we moved out the walk through went smoothly and we received the majority of our deposit back. I mostly dealt with Heather when I had issues and she was amazing to deal with and no matter how much I called she was always happy to help. Andrea is not that bad as others makes her out to be. Not one bad experience with them or their vendors.
Andrea is the best. We love our house and her. She is always available and more like family now. Thank you for all you do.
