I rented a home from Premier for 5 years it was an older home and every time I had a maintenance issue the office staff was on it immediately. When we moved out the walk through went smoothly and we received the majority of our deposit back. I mostly dealt with Heather when I had issues and she was amazing to deal with and no matter how much I called she was always happy to help. I’ve had a great experience with Premier Property Management. Recently, I had an issue with my kitchen sink, and were incredibly helpful and responsive in getting it fixed. I submitted a maintenance request, and they had someone out to look at it within a day. The whole process was smooth and stress-free - definitely not something you take for granted when renting!
