Like other people posting here, I am a corporate executive, and had the most surprisingly horrible and demeaning experience with this company. After seeing a property we wanted to rent and applying to tour it on their website ( having already lived in the Lake Las Vegas area for 7 years), they never got back to me and I had to insist for 3 days in a row to get a tour. Don't bother cleaning when you leave. They will charge you a cleaning fee regardless so you might as well leave it. The grass in the yard wasn't grown before we lived there, while we lived there and they charged us a seeding fee, which the next tennant will have to pay as well. The previous tenant said the grass didn't grow there either.
As an applicant, I had an extremely negative experience dealing with Andrea. Her customer service was terrible she was unhelpful, dismissive, and extremely rude throughout the process. It felt like we were treated as an inconvenience rather than potential tenants. Clear communication and professionalism are the bare minimum when applying for housing, and unfortunately, this company fell far short. After renting under Premier Property Management for over 13 years, I highly recommend them. The online portal is very helpful and being able to pay rent online is great. It is very helpful to be able to put in a work order online. I feel the team is very responsive. Overall I was happy with the communication and clarity of expectations.
