Hello, I just wanted to share something positive I noticed about your crew. I was walking home from work and happened to be watching the skill and attention to detail of your workers. Premier over fertilized my grass. I’ve been with them for the past 14 years, and their service has been substandard the past 3 years. Against my better judgement, we went with them again this year, and this was the result. Never again. They never called to explain why they haven’t come out to do the last 3 treatment that were pre-paid. I was told it was too hot to lay sod, I called to get an estimate from another company, and they said that wasn’t true. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

Contractors beware! Deposit was made to do work at Gordon Foods for overgrown grass and other lawncare needs. Upon arrival work was done. Deposits are to hold spots on the schedule so we don't turndown other work. Instead of requesting a refund or anything the do a charge back. Why should I pay more for their errors. Contractors beware! They don't have things organized, communicate clearly, and clearly, and do a bait and switch costing you money.
