Contractors beware! Deposit was made to do work at Gordon Foods for overgrown grass and other lawncare needs. Upon arrival work was done. Deposits are to hold spots on the schedule so we don't turndown other work. Instead of requesting a refund or anything the do a charge back. Why should I pay more for their errors. Premier Property Maintenance has provided my property with excellent service and professional teams for several years. They have addressed landscaping damage, repaired my retention wall, and provided reliable fall and spring clean-up services. I highly recommend their services.

I called Premier to look at problems with my lawn. Michael analyzed the lawn and recommended GRubEx. He said he could do it the next day or I could do it to save money. Even suggested how best to water lawn. Very honest. Would recommend.
