Will never use this company ever again. They are In my opinion one of the most unprofessional, unethical companies around. They will not work for you, they will only work for the almighty dollar. They managed one of my properties and when the tenant left the carpets were horrendous. When I told them that it was unacceptable, they said well that’s what you get. I am writing this review because I feel that I am the tenant the Vandermolen’s are speaking about. My experience with Mr. Lightle was very positive. He was honest and hard working. We spoke about each issue with the home that I rented and things were repaired and maintained in a timely manner. He came after hours to show me the property and was on time for our appointment. Absolutely top notch service , first we used premier properties to help my sister purchase a new home while she was out on the oil rig in Gulf of Mexico , Craig and Stephanie were just Excellent, always on time , and making adjustments on what properties to offer us when the first few weren’t exactly what my sister needed , 50 days later , TRANSACTION COMPLETE, couldn’t be happier , then feb of 2020 we had them list our remodeled home , we followed their Professional advice and BAM , house sold for full ask in 48 hrs , we we... read more

Unprofessional and would not use again or recommend. I was told that doing an open house or a realtor tour was old school. House never sold. He was now a property manager. Never saw a move in inspection. Never saw an annual Inspection or year end tax form. Never inspected after the large earthquake. Craig and Stephanie are amazing! They were extremely responsive and helpful both when I bought my first home and recently when I sold it. I really appreciated that I was kept informed on the progress and any questions I had were always answered in a timely manner. I felt they did everything they could to ensure my home sold as quickly as possible and at a fair value.
