Easy to work with, and takes property management seriously.
I rented from Debra for almost 2 years. When it came time to receive my deposit I was charged $160 for carpet cleaning after I spent $275 for my carpet cleaning she gave me a list of recommendations for carpet cleaners but I used someone else she didn’t like the job but never called them to fix the issue she said they weren’t an approved vendor. Approved by who, Debra? What a joke. Then I was charged for changing the locks $130 never heard of this in my life, not my house, why am I paying for lock changes? Also she told my w... read more
I rented a very nice house from Debra for two years. She was always very professional and took care of all the issues immediately. I would love to have her as my property manager again. When I moved I was refunded my deposit immediately.
