I really really hate leaving a bad review, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. I am the owner of University Towing in Palo Alto, California. 3 days ago I received a call for emergency towing service. A vehicle had its wheels locked up, and was just stuck on the road. The driver (an employee of Premier Property) asked if there was a problem with taking payment over phone, since a physical card was not present.
