We bought the LG washer & Dryer from Home depot online store, when the delivery service came to install the washer & dryer I was told they could not hook up the washer & dryer because I had not bought the water hose and dryer cord from Home depot. We had new hoses that we bought from Amazon but they refused to install the washer & dryer. Hello Mrs. B*****, After speaking with the delivery team as well as the account manager this is what I learned from my discussions: The delivery team came last Saturday and took the new washer up to your upstairs laundry room. They were unable to complete the installation for just one reason; all upstairs washing machines are required to be positioned inside of a drip pan so that in the event of a leak the water is prevented from flooding the second and first floors. Over 100 days ago the company delivered a dishwasher. The crew broke my counter during the removal of the old dishwasher. The crew leader told me that he would mark the dishwasher as damaged so that Home Depot would send me a gift card to compensate me. I should have know then how dishonest they were. He told me that he would tell his boss about the damage but apparently never did. I have gone through the insurance company and contacted Premier Product Management directly. I only see bad reviews, and now i know why. Premier Product Management,Inc. a third party delivery for **** *****. Delivery people very polite, but only notified me upon deliver of stove and dishwasher, that the could only install the stove. The dishwasher required and electrician. OK then why didn't they send the electrician????? IT WAS ALL PAID FOR IN ADVANCE . But of course THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES. this will go as far legally as it needs to!!!!!!
This company delivered a **** ***** washing machine to me. In so doing, they damaged the machine and also tore holes in my laundry room floor. They also did not haul away the old machine as they were supposed to. It is taking days to get them to haul it away and to get a claim processed. This is an extremely unprofessional company

Due to extremely heavy Black Friday volume we were unable to pick up the old appliance at the time of delivery due to space constraints on the truck. The service to this customers was poor and we are addressing the issue of damage to the laundry room floor. The old appliance is scheduled to be picked up within the next 1-2 hours and has been coordinate with the customer.
