THE ABSOLUTE WORSE COMPANY OUT THERE FOR AN APPLIANCE INSTALLAION. MY WARRANTY COMPANY SENT THIS COMPANY OUT TO INSTALL A DISHWASHER EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT HAD AN ACTIVE CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE SINCE 2020. THEY ARRIVED WITH THE DISHWASHER AND LEFT WITH IT UNINSTALLED. THEY TRIED TO USE THE EXCUSE THAT IT NEEDED A LONGER DRAIN HOSE EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER EVEN REMOVED THE OLD WASHER TO MAKE THAT DECISION,. Premier never delivered my refrigerator. They said they came, but my camera shows they did not. Also, the 7 people in my house (Mom +6 kids) did not see them. Not to mention that we are quite noisy, and with a baby and the rest children, we are quite noisy. Plus our windows have no blinds, so I can see outsiders, but they can also see us. These guys are best described as "lazy idiots." Worst appliance installation ever! 1-star is too much.Order a fridge and stackable washer and dryer from ********** at the end of May to be installed at the end of June. When the installation team showed up, they immediately said they could not install the washer and dryer. They had not even entered the house, let alone looked at the laundry closet. They just said "we know these places and it's not possible with 4 foot hoses." We offered to go buy longer hoses but they said the... read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had a full kitchen redone a few weeks ago. I set up my appliances to be delivered last weekend 6/05. We got a call a day before that they werent being delivered and they were going to be pushed to today and tomorrow 6/11 and 6/12. I took off work for today and tomorrow so I could be home while these were delivered. Team delivered a Bosch dishwasher from an order I placed at **** *****. I paid for installation. This team was admittedly unfamiliar with the installation procedure necessary for this brand of dishwasher. I ended up reading the install manual to them and doing some of the work myself as I was afraid they could damage the unit. On leaving, the air gap was spewing water and their comment was that "all the new dishwashers do that" and I knew that was not true. Absolute nightmare to deal with! If you can avoid having to use them, by all means, bypass this torment!! Purchased a $900.00 GE Adora Dishwasher (Model # ***********) on sale 11/23/2018. Delivery and installation was scheduled for 11/29/2018, 12:00pm-4:00pm. GE service center contacted us around 4/5pm 11/28 to confirm delivery, and that the driver(s) would call 30 mins prior to arrival to notify us they were on their way. After reading all the bad reviews about this company I really was skeptical about ordering my dishwasher through home depot, but I have to say my expectations were met and exceeded. The order confirmation I received from home depot advised the item would be delivered on 9/24/2018. Aside from the problems with getting help and proper follow up from the store, PREMIER PRODUCT MANAGEMENT came through with excellent customer service and follow up from their end. Wow after reading the reviews I don't know how this company is still in business. They do no deserve any stars. I ordered a freezer from Home Depot online because they did not stock this one in store it had to be shipped. I though just like all my other Home Depot deliveries it would be there truck but no such luck turns out to be premier product management with the delivery.
