Great service, start to finish – Premier Pools just finished my home pool in Folsom and I couldn't be happier with the results. It was my first pool, and a difficutl site, so though I researched companies thoroughly, got multiple estimates, I didn't really know what to expect. However, every team was extremely courteous, careful and accomodating, explaining their part as well as what was coming next, and doing their best to minimize the impact of construction (my existing patio next to the pool was unscathed!). Poor service, cannot reccomend Premier Pools & Spa – Premier just finished our pool in our North Natomas home, the pool came out fine but the customer service experience was TERRIBLE. There is still trash in our yard and construction debris that they will not remove. Premier burried our drainage pipes, the workers left food wrappers and cans in our yard. They removed our fence and told us it was our responsibility to replace it , what a dissapointment. Customer service is totally disconnected from construction and they were ... read more

Great customer service! Love my pool – Having Premier Pools and Spas contracted to build our family pool was a wonderful experience. From the beginning to the end, I enjoyed the interaction with the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff members. This is especially true regarding the project managers, Michael and Tina Anderson. What a perfect team! Michael and Tina kept me abreast with the step by step process and informed me in advance what to expect next. Premier Pools gives poor service – My pool was just finished and my equipment doesn't work correctly. But the Customer Service Department (or lack there of) says they can't come for a week because they are are to busy! Really? I just spent $40,000 but they are too busy to look at my equipment. That doesn't seem like customer service to me, does it to you? I asked for 5 minutes of their time but they said, our first appointment is in a week take it or leave it. Terrible product, terrible company – I've had two pools built by Maryland Pools and I'm at the point now where I'll never build another and possibly plow under the one I have. We had them build a pool at our previous house and had some issues but mostly minor. Their Turbo-Clean product was an expensive joke. However I thought we fared no worse than any other pool owner. Seemed Shady – I rec'd a bid from Premier Pools then I read all the comments, and figured the company is shady. I was unable to get a bid in writing big red flag. Salesman said he did not want competitors to see how low the bid was. BS they wanted to add costs later. Funny how this company has all the glowing reviews with their dates so close together, seems odd. Too many Red flags with company, but maybe you'll have a different experience. Pleased with Remodel – I only had a plaster remodel performed, but I want to express what a positive experience I had from all levels with Premier. The experience was by far top notch from everyone involved. Honestly, I was not sure about selecting a high production style company such as Premier and was actually intending to go with a competitor.
