Great honest company! Their staff is very helpfull and I highly recomend them.
Premier Pools and Spas are the absolute worst! We have been trying to get them to finish building our pool for the past 7 months! All they do is make excuse after excuse and take no accountability. We went with this company because at the time, they had good reviews and were ranked #1 pool builder of the year. What a joke that turned out to be.
We have a beautiful pool in our backyard thanks to our designer at Premier pools Ryan Rouse. He designed a pool to adapt to a 31 year old yard. You would think this pool was originaly build with the home. Ryan was so patient to work with. This was a huge project with demolition of the old yard and fitting in this beautiful pool and yard in a very rural setting. 25 June 2012, pool remodel started. (4 day job; original start date, June 10!.) Pool emptied, tile demo'd. 5 July, wrong colored stack stone installed and removed; ordered new stack stone. 13 July, pool still empty and waiting for stack stone So much for having it done by July 4th. You decide
We are having our pool built right now and I have been really happy with the quality and customer service of the build. The staff (from office personel to the guys building the pool) have been completely professional and fun to work with. I would recommend Premier Pools to anyone thinking about buying a pool.
It came down to 3 builders for our dream pool. We liked the design by premier the best. We felt that their warranty was lacking, whereas the other 2 competing pool companies had lifetime warranties. My wife and I spoke with our salesman and he said no problem, for the monies we are spending a lifetime warranty will be included. So, he added lifetime warranty as the first line in our contract. Poor customer service with finger pointing – Please be aware, there is a complete lack of customer service and attention to detail with their pool cleaning service. After 6 months of poor service, my pools turn green. Dont hire them, you will be sorry.
