My yard 6 weeks later. No resolutions offered, a company that doesn’t know how to get through rock and works in the foothills? Baffling.
Very unprofessional rude people. Started a job and left without solutions to fix the problem that might I add you started. YOU STARTED THE SMITHS FAMILY POOL AND LEFT IT!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
As a business, it is extremely unprofessional to start a project and not finish it. Word of mouth is the best referral and I don’t think it will work in your favor this time.
What company starts something & doesn’t finish it? That’s reliable right? The looks of it their quality of work is very sad. Others are saying after ONLY one year their pools are cracking and have to redo them. Clearly I wouldn’t recommend this place.
This is a job you are not finishing. It has been sitting like this for 6 weeks with no resolution as to how to fix it! Leaving the homeowner who has given you a substantial amount of money, on their own trying to fix it! Shame on you!!! Fix this !!!
they keep posting sales. but are so back logged and cant even keep up with current customers. lie after lie. time frames keep moving. will.not reccomend them to anyone. not straight forward company only worried about booking as many pools as they can. dont expect much from them

RecommendedGreat experience. Buying a pool is a big decision. Never easy. No matter which you go with you have to be part of the process. When all done was fantastic. Love it. Had warranty pump replacement issue during COVID lockdown. Reported it, was fixed within a day. Wouldn’t it expect that as the norm, but certainly they stand behind their product. Like building a house..painful, but worth it and Premier delivered.
If you can't manage to get timely replies to emails, texts or phone calls before building starts then I can't imagine how bad it is when you start building. My advice is to look around, get plenty of bids and chose the one with the least amount of middle men- and ones who don't leave you hanging.
RecommendedWe are loving our pool designed by Kelley Woods! We shopped several pool builders before coming to Premier. Kelley listened to us, drew out a pool that fit our needs, and gave us an exceptional price! Other builders sat us down and just showed us a pool and gave us a price without even asking what was important to us. Wes was our builder and he was attentive and very thorough! We highly recommend Premier, Kelley, and Wes if you’re considering a pool!! You won’t be disappointed! We love our pool chairs too!
