Would I ever use this company again? No! When building a pool you should be excited. Which we thought would be that way. But within one week we started to have a lot of mis communication, paperwork not updated and failed promises when building our pool. This process was awful for us! We started the process in April. We are still waiting on our Lounge Chairs and it’s September. They would tell us one thing then it wouldn’t happen or they just wouldn’t show up. I signed my contract in June and now here we are in September and my pool is still not complete and there are mistakes left and right !

I am hopeful that this review saves anyone else from what we experienced with PPAS Houston. The lack of communication and professionalism is remarkable. The superintendent, Gary, literally had a screaming match in the backyard with my landscaper right in front of me. I was fed many lies. The company has all of our money, and yet things are still not completed. Don’t even try to go to Bill Unger, the president. hi my name is irma reyna and i am very unsatisfide with premier pools and spas because my cleaning system has a warranty and y all do not want to replace it, because i do a question last time, i do not know nothing about the system , the tech guy said that it cannot be covered because it was damaged for ,only due to lightning, but i don't understand because saturday and sunday didn't rain can someone explain. and if it was for that why the water pomp and air conditioner is working. how weird is that,
