Pool Plaster Had pool re-plastered with a new pebble surface. The pool looks great. The crews were clean and highly skilled and the workmanship is great. Very impressed.
Pool Remodel Had great job done by Premier. The entire pool area came out terrific. Renovation included Tile-coping-plaster-patio-skimmers-pool lights and a Heat pump. They were very professional and pool looks great.
Good work - Unreliable This company does quality work, when they arrive and when you can reach them. They have terrible customer service... don't show up for appointments. No calls to explain. I have been waiting on a quote for 3 weeks and they don't even reply to my emails.
Nice Job Bought a new house and had a pool inspection done by Toffs Pool Inspections. Hired Premier to make recommended changes. They were very professional and did a great job. I am pleased with the work. Installed new heater, Salt system pool cover and repaired tile in the spa.
Pool Re-Plaster Had pool interior sandblasted and redone with pebble plaster. The process was simple and I have no complaints. The pool looks great. I would recommend them highly. The interior option we chose is far superior then any of the other choices we had been shown by other companies for a similar price.
Sorry Premier was recommended to us by the company we use to open/close our pool. As buyers of a home with a pool and never having owned a pool, we found we had a pool that needed a lot of work. While the quality of the work was OK, the absolute absence of any communication from Premier caused huge amounts of frustration and - frankly - anger. Honesty Got two estimates for work to be done one from company who built the pool. Both had lots of things that were not needed. Then found Premier on Servicemagic.com and they gave an honest assessment. They didnt "sell' me things that we didn't need. I appreciate that.
S T Good Workmanship Started work April 2010 still not fully resolved and completed. Tile and Coping work was done beautiful. Had customer service issue resolved sept 2010
Pool Work Premier Did a very nice job. We did wait 2 weeks for the work to be scheduled but the new tile and coping is very well done. The workmanship is exceptional.
