Makeover Remodel completed 4/25/20 They did a fantastic job! We are over the moon on the extensive renovation that was just completed. I am not saying basic remodel I am saying makeover. We added a sun ledge to the pool which really made a huge impact. We installed a new patio around the pool and all new tile,coping, plaster, piping, lights, equipment and a cover to be installed later in summer. Great job fellas and I will be a fan for years to come.
Excellent Work The pool had been looking like it was in need of a major overhaul for some time. The small tile repairs became larger tile repairs and the pitting in the plaster turned into big gray streaks. It was time for a remodel. We contacted the company who built our pool as well as several other companies.. All had very good proposals and thoughts but in the end we went with who we thought offered the best overall package. Excellent Work After thoroughly doing our homework we chose a pool remodeler. Premier did a GREAT job on our project. Initially we were contemplating doing a minor repair but in the end we went for a complete makeover. The new backyard pool area and the landscaping and fencing done by others all came together. We are very pleased.
swimming pool & deck renovation Contracted with this company on March 1st 2016 to renovate my pool and pool deck with a completion date of mid May 2016. We were able to use the pool at the end of June. This is August 7th 2016 and the pool is still not complete. There are issues with the plaster at one of the pool returns & in the spa not being poured correctly around the jets and stones sticking up from the bottom of the spa. Indoor Oasis We had a major renovation done to our indoor pool and adjoining room. The general contractor , McFadden Contracting hired Premier to do the pool work. We could not be happier with the way the whole area has turned out. This was a major undertaking in all aspects. The pool was changed from 3ft to 9ft to 3ft to 5ft. We also eliminated the under sized spa and built a completely seperate self sustained spa in a different location. The pool deck is now an oversize travertine tile that prior had been plain concrete. Equipment installed Just completed some work. Heater, salt system, new lights, , pumps and pads for equipment to rest of. They also re-built the wall between the pool and the spa which had cracked and lost tiles over the years. I am very pleased with the way the work was done.
Communication & Performance 5/21/13: I am renovating my pool, decking, coping tile & plaster. A considerable amount of work. The work has not yet started but already I can see that the complaints regarding communications are accurate. My project manager rarely responds to email, when I call I get an answering machine and if I get a return call it is days later. The work is supposed to start the second week of June. Pool Remodeling Pool Remodel- New Tile and coping including thermal flagstone, 1 new skimmer and new return lines, half of the pool patio was removed and replaced. New pebble plaster. and a all new pool equipment. I was very happy with the work that was done and it all was completed in 16 days. Dan was great as were Brian and all the crews.
New Plaster- No more painting Pool Plaster job Had painted pool and changed to plaster- Sandblast and new quartz plaster. Looks great. Vince was the project manager and he was very thorough.
