Everything else about Premier Podiatry including the doctor, Tanya and the rest of the staff are more than excellant in all respects.
I would have given 5 stars but for one person in the staff called Gerri (or possibly spelt Jerri), who I think purposely did not go ahead with the order of the orthotic and also tried to spoil my purchasing experience. Came 3 times for stubborn ingrown toenails. All staff was professional and friendly. They got me in quickly for appointments, especially when my nails got infected. Dr. O'Connor was great and responsive to portal messages. Hoping I don't need to ever come back again but definitely would if needed.
Dr. O'Connor has been our family physician for years and has seen us through torn ligaments to fractured & broken feet and neuromas. With 2 successful surgeries behind us, I can safely say we would most definitely (& do) recommend him.
I have went twice and both times were a great experience, I would highly recommend this office.
