My experience with the actual staff at the facility was good. The issue I had was with the billing staff and the staff who should have updated my information at the check in time. My address was not updated at the time of check in as it should have been therefore, I did not receive a bill in the mail at my current address. This place charged 130 dollars for Covid Testing, all the while they get reimbursed by the state… Covid testing is suppose to free under cares act, having to pay for the test and an office visit is robbery, I brought my daughter in for a ear infection and the total for cost was 80 bucks the. Truly horrendous patient support and professionalism. My daughter went in for an ear infection last month and they gave her ear drops. I called last week to ask if there was any way we could get a refill, as there was just a tiny amount of drainage that could still be seen inside. They put me on hold, then said “yes we’ll go ahead and send the prescription over, no problem.” I was ecstatic. I went to the pharmacy after work around 645, and they had no RX for her. Our family has never had a very long wait time in the clean and professional office at Premier. Premier's medical staff are all outstanding and personable!
This was by far the best experience that I have had with an urgent care facility. The staff was very courteous, the facility was spotless, their triage plan was great coming to the car first to determine the situation (other urgent care said you had to come instead to get your COVID test first), it was $100 cheaper than Immediate Care and the Dr Wilson was super nice and friendly. I'm changing from Immediate Care to Premier Plus from now on. Super impressed today and excited I only have a sinus infection!
Super good they are amazing I needed a COVID 19 test with 13 cars in the parking lot and it took them 2 hours and the service was great to and at access medical center with 6 cars in the parking lot and it took me 5 hours before I left and went to Premier Plus Urgent Care
