Premier Plus has been excellent! Brittany, Cerby and team are so easy to work with. They are very timely, craftsmanship is wonderful and their follow through was on point. They all were friendly and polite. We highly recommend this group!
This company sent a roofer that worked until 3am which caused us to have the cops called on us Multiple mistakes that required someone to come back out and fix. And their latest mistake is still not fixed, Carrie doesn't seem to care at all - still sending invoice reminders repeatedly while the work is not completed, not acknowledging my emails and forcing me to loop in more people from the company. Rich and Will were pleasant to work with - Carrie not so much
Drew was very honest and helpful from start to finish . I highly recommend him and Premier .
Premier Plus is great! I dealt with good people who wanted me totally satisfied with the claim. They came to see me in person and thru phone calls. No robot calls, machines. I had forgotten how good that can be with an insurance company.
