We have had issues with hot water for awhile now and they cannot find the problem. Receptionist is rude. When I asked to speak to a manager she said no one was there and would not refer me to someone. They are not prompt. Don't use them if you have an emergency or an ongoing problem.
Would like to give the Owner of this company a Ten Star Rating........Terry came out viewed the problem and gave Mom a Price......Very Genuine ......His Crew showed up at 7am and they were done by 2pm.......Awesome Crew and Owner, Courteous, Kind, Considerate, Polite and Respectful..........Pipes broke in wall and flooded house..........Mom is Estatic.........tarps laid, work done, water heater re-lit, dishwasher put back in, Refrigerator and Freezer in garage all back in place and wonderful clean up........AWESOME COMPANY..... read more
The installation was extremely fast, and a great price for a Hydronic Water Heater. I had an issue with low pressure in both cold and hot water taps in most of the house after the install, but they came out 30 minutes after I called and we discovered it was just debris (we have very hard water) that was loosened upon installation of the water heater. They cleared up one sink and showed me how to do it. After clearing that up, everything is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.
Installation went well, and installers were very professional. When i was told the job was complete and given an invoice to pay I noticed the invoice was for a totally different model water heater. The water heater installed and the one on the contract were totally different. All my research points out that the installed unit is cheaper and less efficient than the one on the contract. I spoke to owner over the phone. I was told I was an ignorant person and referred me to unit manufacture.
I'm an interior designer in Fresno California.... Premier Plumbing is the best.... professional....knowledgeable, and just great to work with! 2 thumbs up!
Best experiance I have ever had with a plumbing company. The owner Terry is one of the nicest people. Customer service was FANTASTIC... their company quote is so true! "When you want it done right the FIRST time" I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!!
