I was a patient here for over five years and recently a few months dealing with an undiagnosed chronic illness they completely dropped the ball. It was hard to reach anyone by phone or email, and I kept having to show up in person just to get answers while I was sick. My job sent disability paperwork that sat there for weeks even though they had it, and it ended up delaying my pay which was super stressful. Absolutely the worst Dr. office I’ve ever been to. They never answer the phone or call back when you leave a message. If you’re on medication, good luck getting it filled! They start you on sample packs of medication and then when the medication works and they send a script to the pharmacy your completely out of luck if your insurance won’t cover it, they do nothing they’re supposed to do to work with the insurance company. Absolute JOKE of a medical practice!
Let me start by saying Dr Lim is a great doctor. I give her five stars. The negative 4 star is for the office staff who is impatient, unprofessional and disorganized. I just had someone hang up on me mid sentence when I questioned their possible documentation errors as the cause of the pending bill for my father. Dr. Lim Is HORRIBLE & Has A Very Condescending Attitude. Dr. Agard Is Pretty Decent,But He’s Always Booked Up.
Worst doctors office ever! Do not come here. The whole office is lazy especially the nurse practitioners. I guess the only way this place is holding up is because of the 2 doctors that you'll never see. Waited over a hour to see a practitioner that wasn't on time sending in my prescription that I wasn't able to get yet.
