I called to make my first appointment for PT to help me with my Vertigo. A few minutes later the receptionist called me back to ask me to come in that day for treatment. She informed me that after she told the PT Jay how bad my symptoms were, he made room on the schedule to get me in for treatment! I’m so grateful for how they treat you there! And I haven’t felt this good in months! I highly recommend them. This will be where I go for Physical Therapy for the rest of my life!
Everyone is so friendly and helped me come along way from when I first began therapy. Mrs Linda is the best.
This place is a 5+ star facility! I’ve been to several other physical therapy offices and Premier is by far the absolute BEST! My personal therapist, “J” customized my therapy with innovative treatment that helped my recovery of a fractured patella. My only regret is that I have to go back to Michigan and have to say good bye today. I highly recommend Premier and especially “J”! The receptionists are also pleasant and friendly. 😊❤️
The staff here are all amazing!! I saw Jay, and he was great! I had vertigo and it was mostly better after one session and then we worked on some peripheral contributing factors that have also been super helpful. Everyone at the front desk are so lovely and helpful. Everyone genuinely cares about the patients. I've been shopping for a car while coming here and everyone remembered and asked about it regularly. A lovely environment to be in. Highly recommend!!
