I recently had knee surgery, which required several sessions of physical therapy. I only have to say that the staff at the Goldtree Office in PSL are completely professional and helped me through the recovery phase after surgery. I’m still a patient and with each therapy visit my progress has greatly improved. I would recommend anybody considering physical therapy before or after surgery to consider them first. **Pineapple**

I've been to the Fort Pierce location and it is great! Friendly and helpful staff! I would definately recommend to anyone looking for physical therapy.
Awesome place/people to work with! Did my last clinicals here a couple of years ago and had to come back once I received my PTA license. Wouldnt work anywhere else! love the Premier team!
Great place. Wonderful staff. Would recommend to everyone and also the laser therapy. It worked wonders for me. I give this place 5 stars, I would go higher but 5 is the best
I came to Premier after rotator cuff surgery. I went to the gold tree office. Kathy was absolutely wonderful with me she got me on the road to recovery and I don't know how to thank her for that and georgene who also helped was amazing and they pushed me to where I needed to be. I can't thank them enough . I've been through a lot of therapy in my life but this by far was the best experience.
The Fort Pierce location is AWESOME! I've had 4 surgeries and an injury and they have been instrumental in my recovery. Great job Fort Pierce!
Such a wonderful group of people my son is 5years old and loves the girls at the office they are great with him 😁
I went to the gold tree office after I had rotator cuff surgery, also after I had a total knee replacement. The staff there was wonderful. Kathy and Georgene helped me get back to where I needed to be to be able to enjoy the life I have. My husband also went there for a number of therapies. From the moment you walk in, the office staff and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend premier to anyone who needs therapy.
