This place lacks proper communication. I get 3 calls within the hour for the same thing. Does the receptionist not communicate with each other when they speak to a patient ? This place needs better organization ! And needs to work on professionalism! A checklist should be installed for each patient to let the workers know when they’ve spoken to them !! If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is a joke. When we went for our evaluations the therapists did not even know why we were there or bothered to look at their own drs notes or mri we had done. They did nothing but ask like 3 questions. Told us to do 3 streatches each and then sign our papers and leave. you were lucky of a therapist was even in the room- if they were they were busy laughing and on phones.
