Couldn’t speak any higher of our tech, Noah! He is always timely, responsive, and incredibly professional. Thanks to Noah we can enjoy our patio in the summer - wasp free! He always offers to comes between treatments if we notice any problems as well. I’d highly recommend PPE to anyone with pest issues.
Last year was the first time I used PPE to spray the outside of my house for box elder bugs before winter. The treatment was extremely effective, so much so that I had forgotten about the issue! Thankfully Wyatt at PPE called and reminded me it was time for another treatment. Very impressed with the quality and professionalism.
Jeff was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and committed to providing the best service possible. He took time to ask questions, educate me, and make sure we're treating the right pest. He's honest, kind and fair. I give him 11 on a 10 point scale. For now, I am not sure I need an exterminator, but if I do,calling Jeff every time.
