Nicole Nicole Nicole!! She is ahhhmazing!!We live in Amherst College housing and we've had problems with mice and those creepy grasshopper bugs. You'd think with three cats, we wouldn't have any issues but we've had to call in four times already. Everytime Nicole shows up at my door, I know I'm in good hands. She knows what she's doing; she's not scared to crawl into creepy places and get dirty; she is very thorough and I never feel like she's in a hurry to rush through this job to get to another. These guy"s are great. I called one day and they were here the next. Tom was very pleasant. He took the time to explain things to me (what they do, why they do it and what it will cost) but was not being a chatty cathy. A picture is worth a thousand words......
