I picked this pediatrician at first because it was closest to my house and they advertised that they had someone you can call 24/7 and they do same day appointments, and I am so glad I did! I am a first time mom that had a rough pregnancy that left me with anxiety. Ms. Jen and her staff have been great and understanding and not dismissive at all. I can't say enough good things about Jennifer and her team at this location!!! I'am a Foster Mom and I have a lot of kids, and have had a lot come through. We need to go to the Dr. ALOT. Getting in to see them is so easy and Telehealth appointments are phenomenal too. I never have had to wait, always friendly, knowledgable, and truly phenomenal.
Dr Kepper was great she took her time with me and my daughter to get to know us, legitimately listened to my concerns as a parent. I didn’t feel dismissed when it came to certain topics. Bonus her office is really cute and feels like a place children actually want to be. Plus she’ll see newborns.
My kiddos love seeing Jennifer. She is amazing with them. All of the staff are welcoming and they become family. It's hard to find people you trust with your kiddos. I am blessed to have found them.
