I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire staff. Always friendly! They ask questions about how to handle my son when needing to do any procedures. He has EB disease. He has to be handled so carefully. Dr. Ben Dowse has been there for Dax from day 1. He is there anytime we need him and his one on one time with his patients is simply amazing. The receptionist was extremely unwelcoming and rude. Made me feel like I was annoying her because my child feels very ill. They are not happy with walk ins at this location. Very unpleasant woman.
Really felt like the doctors are way to overwhelmed with to many patients. Never takes the time to follow up on urgent problems and then just stopped calling to check in. Takes an hour to see the doc for a sick visit sometimes. We have since pulled our children from their care.
Very professional and very considerate when it came to the health of our children. It's nice they ask about the family/home situation to make sure our son is healthy, not just internal, but external as well. ��
