Just a very professional and child friendly practice
We had an appointment with Dr. William Bonney and everything was great! Friendly, professional, appointment on time, they did both EKG and the Ultrasound in the same office before doctor saw us. Thank you for your understanding, patience and professionalism!!!
The visit went well. The technicians were kind and helpful. However the follow up isn't really there. My child had a heart monitor and I was told someone would call within 4 weeks of the results. This monitor had to be mailed away, some one else other then my child's cardiologist read it to then give the results to our cardiologist and I never heard back. I did however receive the bill.
The doctor is knowledgeable, front staff is very kind, easy to get an appointment however the sonographer should not be working with children as she is cold, impatient and rude. I've had two separate visits, both times it was the same woman and same experience. The first with my 3 month old baby a few months ago. The tech quickly became frustrated with her and snippy telling me I needed to keep her still. My daughter didn't cry or fuss, was in a pleasant mood, stayed on her back, but yes babies are going to wiggle. I was act... read more
