I had the worst possible experience trying to become a new patient of this center. I tried calling Premier and Spine Chicago to set up an appointment as a new patient, and while holding, I was hung up on twice. The phone gets picked up and immediately put down. On my third attempt, I spoke with a receptionist named "Angelica", and at first she started to answer my questions, and then she placed me on a "hold", which was hanging up on me again. I proceeded to call two more times, upon which after holding for about 10 minutes ... read more

My review is about the remarkable Dr. Firas Rafati, whom my husband sees for his severe pain at the PPS Chicago office. For many months, my husband has had the privilege of being Dr. Rafati’s patient, who treats him as though he was a member of his own family. Elderly, frail, and often in great pain, Dr. Rafati has found several ways to ease the pain in his lower spine, his hip, and his shoulder. Cautious, careful, and resourceful, as well as always personable, compassionate, and concerned, we recommend Dr. Rafati with absol... read more

After almost a year of debilitating back pain. I found great results from PPS. Dr. Patel and the whole team are fantastic. After 6 weeks of treatment I feel great! I can't recommend them enough.

I developed a pinched nerve in my lower back and came across Premier Pain and Spine through my insurance website. After an initial consultation and x-rays, Dr. Kapoor walked me through the optimal treatment plan in detail that would help in my recovery and also my posture. I was informed on what my insurance would cover and explained any other expenses I should expect over the course of the treatment plan. Over the past few months I have gone 3x a week for physical therapy and have produced fantastic results. As I only have ... read more

I've been a patient for almost 2 years now and while I am still in alot of pain, I have experienced some temporary periods of mild pain relief along the way. PPS has helped with trigger point injections, epidural, SI joint injections, and RFA in my lower back. With added physical therapy, a pain blocker, and muscle relaxers alongside NSAIDs and Tylenol I am trying to manage the pain as best as I can. I feel as though I'm running out of options though and will need to investigate what else is out there that can help.
