Dr. Kapoor was supposed to administer 1 epidural injection on the right side of the L4-L5 vertebrae in my lumbar spine. However, he performed the injection on the left side of my back, not the correct side. The right side of my back was in bad pain. I had the worst possible experience trying to become a new patient of this center. I tried calling Premier and Spine Chicago to set up an appointment as a new patient, and while holding, I was hung up on twice. The phone gets picked up and immediately put down. On my third attempt, I spoke with a receptionist named "Angelica", and at first she started to answer my questions, and then she placed me on a "hold", which was hanging up on me again. My review is about the remarkable Dr. Firas Rafati, whom my husband sees for his severe pain at the PPS Chicago office.
