I found that Dr. Parr was not compassionate about my situation. I believe when you're in pain the doctor should be understanding and caring about the patient situation. I did not find that with him. My brother also went to see him for his neck and was treated the same way. I would not recommend him.
The staff is amazing and understanding. Dr Conn is so sweet and explains everything in detail so you know exactly what is happening.
