Horrible. I can't believe this place or the woman who questioned me about my review and complaint against my surgeon Dr. V. Her name is Kathy, and she should be fired. I'm aloud to complain about my doctor or anything else for that matter. Kathy waited til my appointment day and time instead of calling me to discuss my concerns pulls me in a side room and makes me feel like I was wrong for complaining THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, SHAME ON YOU KATHY! Dr. Quinones and his staff are simply amazing! From the front desk to being dismissed from the hospital they were a number one and very professional. I praise this type of professionalism to the utmost! Also, I want to give thanks for a very successful but complicated back surgery. Your phones don’t work. I’ve tried several times to call in over about 2 weeks to make changes to my appointment. If no one is ever going to answer the phone, at least set up a voicemail.
I broke my leg on a Saturday and was able to see Dr. Indresh and Kim McCutcheon on the following Tuesday (Monday was a holiday too mind you). I was treated with extraordinary care and they listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. This is the first time I have broke a bone since I was a teenager and I was treated with courtesy and respect. The staff was amazing and I waited for maybe 5 minutes before I was seen.
