The facilities were dirty, and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. The waiting room was chaotic, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing any assistance. For a medical practice, the lack of hygiene and professionalism is unacceptable.
The billing department is a disaster. I was charged for services I never received, and when I tried to dispute it, they were rude and uncooperative. Hidden costs keep popping up, and their lack of transparency is infuriating. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
I went in for a knee surgery and ended up with more pain than before. The surgeon seemed rushed and didn’t explain the procedure clearly. Post-op, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised concerns about my recovery. This experience was a nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Everyone were very friendly and professional including my doctor. He explained everything slowly and even tried to shorten my commute by offering a closer location to my home
I wish I had started out with you instead of HSS!!
