Other then a confusing building the office is in, Melville is a fantastic office. I was seen immediately, and was very pleased with Dr. Markowitz. He explained everything without talking down to me or my sibling, and really took my concerns and pain level into account. Surgery based on this visit was done next day, and Dr. M has followed up multiple times other then post op visits. Despite being a half hour away I would certainly visit this office again for the exceptional experience.

Front office staff were very helpful. Wait time as minimal and Doctor was prompt. Dr. Morelli was knowledgeable of my condition and my test results and offered a comprehensive treatment plan.

The facilities were dirty, and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. The waiting room was chaotic, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing any assistance. For a medical practice, the lack of hygiene and professionalism is unacceptable.

The billing department is a disaster. I was charged for services I never received, and when I tried to dispute it, they were rude and uncooperative. Hidden costs keep popping up, and their lack of transparency is infuriating. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
