Convenient and efficient when my son fractured his wrist not once but twice. X-rays and treatment (casting and splints) in the same office and we never had to wait long.
I am changing my reviews because they contacted me and explained the misunderstanding of the issue that the nurse delivered the information to me was not able to contact my doctor Mayer and acted on her own, now they said that they will fix the problem and issue a temporary disability till End of the Year, after which Dr Mayer will extend the disability as permanent or at least for another two years until I am fully recovered. Thank you Dr Mayer you are a wonderful human being
This place is the worst location ever, I came from an accident with fractured knee, dr Ryan Mayer said I have two options surgery or non, but surgery has risk of blood clots and we may have to reopen multiple times. I chose the non surgery with physical therapy. Rescheduled me for another x ray, and another x ray for 6 weeks and did not even give me knee straps I asked for injections refused said it’s not his specialty, because I use crutches can’t perform work gave him forms from my job to sign that am unable to work , refu... read more
Bad experience it's damn near impossible to talk to someone but the slow answering virtual assistant. I broke my leg and I'm unable to work I been trying to do my temporary disability edd form but I need a medical certification from my doctor.it took me WEEKS to finally talk to a human and after I ask for a medical certification they told be It would be done in two days.
