I loved this Dr she was kind, direct, helpful and gave me referrals that I needed. Thank you Dr Hayat Jawadi you are a gift.
Everything went really well but the main reason I gave one star is because they said they took my medical and it was suppose to be covered but then I get billed for $200 because it was “out of network”. It would have been nice if they told me that before I went in. And like how is it out of network when I have PPO? Medical and the unqualified billing personnel are the worst in Nevada!
They are great staff. They very helpful and caring.
Unprofessional and Zero Compassion! I would give zero stars if I could. After showing up on time for my appointment, I was told the doctor refused to see me because my new patient paperwork wasn't finished the second I walked through the door. To top it off, because I had rescheduled twice previously, the office informed me that the doctor is now refusing to see me ever again. Life happens, and sometimes schedules have to shift. My initial visit to the office was a good experience and I appreciated Dr. Jawadi listened to my concerns and gave me options for my treatment plan after explaining my options.
