Have taken my Armada in twice now for service because it would not start. The last time they said the battery was fine and couldn't figure out what was wrong and to drive it until it wouldn't start again. Well we did that and had to have it towed to the shop, now the battery is dead and under warranty but they don't have a warranty replacement and since they are so compartmentalized and don't work with other departments they can't even give us a car to drive and can't get a battery for a week! I went to Premier Nissan of Morgantown today worried I’d walk away disappointed! Not sure I could do it on my own. However, I must say I walked away with a totally different feeling after the amazing treatment I received from one of the salesmen and a manager that obviously cares about the people that walk thru their doors more then making a sale!!
