Doctor was very dismissive of my claims and was upset that I had everything written down on a note due to memory issues. Flat out said there was nothing he can do for me because my issues were psychological and not neurological despite having multiple brain injuries in the last 10 years. Filed a complaint with Triwest and the VA
They need to return phone calls. I still am trying to get a hold of someone!
I was coming unglued about my daughter condition. Instead of threatening me. They understood. They are desperately trying to find the answer for my 30 year old daughter. Kathy is especially a person going up and beyond
If I were to give a rating for Premier Neurology Institute, I would give a 5 star rating. I would highly recommend them. They are the best Neurologists and staff there is. They respect and listen to patients. I am 89 years old with several immune, Chronic and Cardiac challenges. I am being treated for Myasthenia Gravis. I go 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
