Everytime I Call the office they answered and disconnect the call! So unprofessional! When you step into the office at 9am the receptionist/ workers are talking about their personal life super loud in the office.

They never answer the phone! Such a horrible place it’s so hard to communicate with them
I only went here because it was in my insurance plan. I was told that I needed a follow-up visit somewhat urgently because they wanted to check my blood results because I had a sudden dip in function. So I went in to get my blood drawn 10 days beforehand, and yet right before the appointment they called me and canceled it because they said they had not received the lab results! Turns out that they only looked for a fax of the lab results instead of looking on the website that has the lab results! Seems pretty incompetent to ... read more
