They never answer the phone! Such a horrible place it’s so hard to communicate with them
I only went here because it was in my insurance plan. I was told that I needed a follow-up visit somewhat urgently because they wanted to check my blood results because I had a sudden dip in function. So I went in to get my blood drawn 10 days beforehand, and yet right before the appointment they called me and canceled it because they said they had not received the lab results!
