I’ve been coming here for over three years and I am changing my review from 5 to 3 stars. I have had some genuinely great experiences, which makes this difficult to write. Over time, things have shifted. Pricing is often higher than what’s listed online with unclear explanations, and the quality has become inconsistent — I’ve had cuticles nicked, uneven lengths, and crooked tips. The experience overall was... fine. Not bad, not great, just okay. This was a last-minute decision to pop in with a friend, so bonus points for being able to get in making an appointment online about an hour before. The salon was pretty quiet, about four nail techs and roughly the same number of customers and we went around 1:30 pm on a Wednesday, so it definitely felt like a ghost town. The manicure itself was ok, but nothing special. I paid $40 for a gel manicure. The massage was minimal and underwhelming, and the checkerb... read more
